We offer a MagSafe-compatible case option for each design. These MagSafe cases are clearly indicated on the product page. Please check the product description to confirm compatibility.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us at support@kelab.store as soon as possible—we’re happy to help update or cancel it.
If your order has already shipped, we can try to initiate a package withdrawal with the carrier. Please note that withdrawals are not guaranteed, and shipping costs may be non-refundable, especially if the cancellation is not followed by a corrected order.
Once we receive the returned package in its original condition, we’ll process your refund accordingly.

While we try to intercept the package, you're welcome to place a new order with the correct item right away.
